Well, I started to colour in Saphron on Photoshop. But I decided to do something different this time, I decide I was going to colour it without lines, and it is really difficult and time consuming trying to use shadows and light to get the shape instead of having lines. So far it is really paying off, and it looks awesome, but I'm not looking forward to getting to the wings (I've only finished the head and neck)
Normally I wouldn't submit a piece of work that I am in in the middle of, but because it is taking so long and I doubt that any-one is even going to look at this I decided to put it up.  If you do look at it and think it is good or bad, or have tips on how to improve it or where I should go from here, PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT!! sorry I'm desperate.  I used one of Dragarta's pictures as a referance for the general shape. [link] Update 2 : Started on the right wing and added some text. |
